Title Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Porsche West Island (Greater Montreal)

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic professional to join the parts department at Porsche West Island. You will be the key intermediary between customers, the workshop, and the sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and providing parts tailored to each vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on Porsche parts and accessories
• Identify needs and propose suitable solutions
• Manage orders, quotes, and deliveries; follow up on orders
• Keep the parts area clean and organized; optimize inventory
• Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Update parts management systems and customer files
• Assist with the receipt and return of parts and stock management

Desired Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in auto parts sales or customer service
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; familiarity with Porsche models is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and stay organized
• Bilingual in French/English is a plus
• Availability to work according to variable shifts; able to adapt to the dealership’s pace
• Relevant diploma (DEP in Sales, administration, or equivalent is a plus)
