About the position Mont-Royal Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Parts Clerk to join a dynamic team. You will ensure quality customer service and support technicians and the internal team in the efficient management of parts and accessories.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers at the parts counter professionally.
• Respond to technicians' requests and ensure quick availability of needed parts.
• Search, identify, and order automotive parts according to needs.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranties for parts.
• Participate in inventory management: reception, sorting, stock verification, and cycle counts.
• Promote and market parts and accessories.
• Provide support and mentor junior clerks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Profile sought

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in an automotive dealership (GM experience is an asset).
• Proficiency with parts management systems and electronic catalogs (e.g., SERTI and ERP tools).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
