Messenger / Parts Assistant

Grenier Chrysler Montreal-East is looking for a motivated Messenger / Parts Assistant to join its dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and materials to clients and suppliers.
• Greet customers at the parts counter professionally.
• Respond to technicians' needs and ensure quick availability of parts.
• Search, identify, and order auto parts as needed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranties of parts.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Move vehicles and provide customer drop-off services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Profile Sought (requirements and skills)

• Valid driver's license.
• In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs (SERTI; an asset).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
