Parts & Service Sales Representative – Heavy Trucks (Montreal)
About the position Excellence Peterbilt is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative to develop and strengthen our presence in the Montreal area. You will be the link between our clients and our solutions, capable of anticipating their needs and proposing offers that support their business.
Responsibilities
- Promote parts and services for heavy trucks to existing and prospective clients
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients and sector partners
- Represent the company in the field (Montreal), by phone, and at professional events
- Advise clients on suitable solutions and market trends
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Business development and B2B sales in alignment with commercial goals
- Collaborate with managers and the dealership team to optimize opportunities
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in sales of parts and services in the trucking industry (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of the Montreal area and its stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
- Results-oriented mindset, proactive, and capable of achieving/exceeding goals
- Bilingual in French/English (essential for communicating with clients)
- Autonomous, proactive, and positive leadership qualities
- Diplomatic, professional, and able to work as part of a team
