Grenier Chrysler Montreal East is seeking a motivated courier/parts assistant to join a dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

• Take photos of vehicles for the website and assist with their online posting.
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials to customers and suppliers.
• Greet customers at the parts counter with professionalism.
• Respond quickly to technicians' requests, ensuring the availability of necessary parts.
• Search, identify, and order automotive parts as needed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranties of parts.
• Participate in inventory management of parts.
• Move vehicles as needed for operational purposes.
• Provide transportation/escort services to customers when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs (SERTI and others).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
