Job Offer: Senior Parts Clerk – Mont-Royal Chevrolet (M/F)

Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Parts Clerk to join its dynamic team. The position holder ensures quality customer service and supports technicians and the internal team in the efficient management of parts and accessories.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers at the parts counter professionally.
• Ensure the quick availability of necessary parts by responding to technicians' requests.
• Search, identify, and order automotive parts as needed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranties of parts.
• Participate in inventory management: receiving, organizing, stock verification, and cyclical inventories.
• Market and promote parts and accessories.
• Support and supervise junior clerks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Profile Sought (Requirements)

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position at an automotive dealership (GM experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with parts management systems and electronic catalogs (e.g., SERTI).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
