Sales Clerk and Advisor (Parts) – Montreal East

Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX Group located in Montreal East, is looking for a passionate automotive and customer service professional to assist our customers with their parts and accessories needs. You will help provide an excellent customer experience while ensuring efficient parts management.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their parts and accessories needs
• Advise, recommend, and sell suitable parts; generate estimates and take orders
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure delivery and assembly of parts
• Manage parts inventory, organize shelves, and ensure traceability of orders
• Place orders with suppliers and monitor deadlines
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the department’s goals
• Participate in ongoing training and improve internal processes
• Sell tires and wheels when relevant

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
• General knowledge of automotive parts and tools
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Availability for flexible hours according to operational needs
