Job Description

• Required entry level: Minimum Class B (driver's license).
• Compensation in accordance with the collective agreement and skill card (profiles: A to D).
• Position focused on sales, technical advice, and parts management, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Integration at the heart of the Genesis customer journey, providing precise and effective support at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on parts and accessories suited to their needs and their Genesis vehicle.
• Identify necessary parts, prepare estimates and orders, and track them until delivery.
• Manage the parts department inventory: receiving, quality control, preparing orders for workshops and customers, and participating in inventory.
• Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure smooth and rapid service.
• Use the parts management system and computer tools to process requests, orders, and returns.
• Participate in cross-selling initiatives and customer loyalty activities.
• Follow inventory procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety rules.
• Associated tasks: customer service, sales of parts and accessories, tire and wheel sales.

Desired Profile

• Minimum experience: 1 year in auto parts sales or a customer service role.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems; experience with Genesis parts is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and team spirit.
• Good organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency in computer tools and parts management systems; quick learner of internal software.
• Bilingual French-English is an asset; clear and professional communication.
• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
