Job Offer: Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor for Auto Parts

Hyundai Gabriel West, a well-known car dealership in Montreal, is looking for a passionate Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor who enjoys customer service and teamwork. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will be on the front line to assist our professional and private clients in finding the right parts and accessories, ensure product availability, and provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. You will contribute to optimizing counter efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs for parts and accessories.
• Advise on suitable references, check stock, and propose alternatives when necessary.
• Prepare and process orders, quotes, and transactions; organize pickup or delivery of parts.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure the organization and cleanliness of the counter and sales area.
• Collaborate with after-sales and customer service teams for an optimal customer experience.
• Use parts management software to record sales, orders, and returns; handle cash register operations.
• Follow promotions and new products; identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in auto parts sales or a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in French; English is an asset.
• General knowledge of auto parts and accessories; ability to quickly identify references.
• Team spirit, organization, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer tools; experience with an ERP or parts management software is preferred.
• Availability for flexible hours, including during the summer period.
