Parts Clerk – Wholesale Experience

• We are seeking an experienced Parts Clerk in wholesale sales to strengthen our dynamic team. You will provide fast and efficient service to external and internal customers, while ensuring rigorous order management.

You will contribute to optimizing customer service and parts logistics, while supporting technicians and ensuring accuracy of orders and stock.

Responsibilities

• Respond to wholesale customer inquiries by phone and email
• Provide service at the counter and remotely, with a customer-focused approach
• Assist technicians at the workshop counter and facilitate communication with the team
• Prepare and bill orders, then follow up until delivery
• Track orders and deliveries and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Collaborate with parts and delivery teams to optimize inventory and logistics
• Participate in inventory management and report discrepancies
• Adhere to procedures and safety standards

Desired profile

• Proven experience as a parts clerk, ideally in wholesale
• Experience in external and internal customer service
• Proficiency with electronic catalogs and parts management systems
• Knowledge of Kia products is considered a major asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Good organization, autonomy and speed of execution
• Team spirit and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
