Parts Clerk – Day Shift (Montreal – Pointe-aux-Trembles)

Main Responsibilities

• Answer calls and direct requests to the appropriate parts or service departments
• Serve customers and mechanics by providing the required parts and accessories
• Manage the parts inventory and ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare and ship parts for delivery
• Participate in the sale of parts, accessories, tires, and wheels when necessary
• Support administrative tasks related to the parts department and customer service

Profile Sought

• Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset)
• Bilingual French/English (fluent communication)
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to parts management systems
