Job Description
Position: Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Recreational Vehicles
Groupe Contant, a leader in the recreational vehicles industry, is seeking a passionate parts sales advisor who enjoys customer contact and VTR (ATV, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo) to join a dynamic team where autonomy, respect, and team spirit make the difference.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers at the counter or by phone on parts, accessories, and tires/wheels.
- Identify customers’ needs and find suitable parts.
- Inform customers about applicable parts, accessories, and discounts.
- Provide high-quality service and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
- Manage requests and orders and ensure effective customer follow-up.
Profile
- Minimum experience: 1 year as a Parts Clerk or Sales Advisor.
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with a management software (Lautopak or equivalent).
- Personal qualities: efficiency, team spirit, interpersonal skills, and a sense of service.
- Passion for recreational vehicles is a plus.
Hours and Compensation
- Full-time; 1 evening per week (Thursday or Friday) + 1 Saturday every 2 weeks.
- Compensation starting at $46,000 per year, depending on experience.
