Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Brossard Hyundai
Brossard Hyundai, a family-owned dealership and a recognized leader in the automotive sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. Contribute to a company focused on excellent customer service and the development of its employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on the parts and accessories needed for their vehicles.
- Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and offer suitable solutions.
- Manage parts orders and inventory, ensuring information accuracy.
- Process sales transactions and follow up on orders until delivery.
- Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth service.
- Participate in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions related to parts.
Daily Tasks
- Data entry and processing of orders.
- Answering and directing customer calls.
- Counter service for mechanics and general customers.
- Customer service and assistance during parts and accessory sales.
- Selling tires and wheels when relevant.
Desired Profile
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
Skills and Tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset).
Certifications
- CPA skill card (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C).
