Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on the parts and accessories needed for their vehicles.
• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and offer suitable solutions.
• Manage parts orders and inventory, ensuring information accuracy.
• Process sales transactions and follow up on orders until delivery.
• Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions related to parts.

Daily Tasks

• Data entry and processing of orders.
• Answering and directing customer calls.
• Counter service for mechanics and general customers.
• Customer service and assistance during parts and accessory sales.
• Selling tires and wheels when relevant.

Desired Profile

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto parts sales or a related field.

Skills and Tools

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset).

Certifications

• CPA skill card (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C).
