By joining our parts department, you will become a key player in our company by supporting our customers and technicians, facilitating access to essential parts for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Greeting: Welcome our customers professionally, understand and meet their automotive parts needs.
• Expertise: Advise customers on the selection and use of appropriate parts.
• Inventory Management: Ensure inventory management and restocking.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to optimize parts ordering.
• Sales Support: Respond to inquiries (by phone and in person) by providing information on prices, availability, and lead times.
• Sales Follow-up: Ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and assist customers at every step.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Training in automotive is a plus.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge: Mastery of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
