Parts Clerk (Automobile) — Infiniti Laval / INEOS Grenadier

Infiniti Laval is looking for a Parts Clerk to support the operations of the Infiniti and INEOS Grenadier brands. Are you energetic, organized, and do you enjoy providing quality customer service? This position is for you.

Terms

• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: On-site, Infiniti Laval facilities
• Schedule: In-person
• Compensation: $30 to $42 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Sell automotive parts at the counter, through the workshop, or by phone
• Advise customers and respond to their needs in French and English
• Provide high-quality customer service (internal and external)
• Inform customers about parts, accessories, and current promotions
• Present the full range of offered products
• Manage phone calls and follow up with regular clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (workshop, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive field
• Bilingual in French and English (oral and written), intermediate to advanced level
• Excellent communication skills for phone and customer service
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative
• Knowledge of the CDK system is an asset
