Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and courteously, understanding their automotive parts needs.
• Advise customers on the choice and use of parts and ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage inventories and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth communication about orders and their availability.
• Respond to requests by phone and in person, providing accurate information on prices, availability, and delivery times.
• Track orders and guide customers throughout the purchasing process.

Desired Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; training in the automotive field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.

Experience and Tools

• Experience: 3 years as a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor.
• Software: SERTI – Administration.
