Your Responsibilities

• Merchandise Management: Efficiently receive, handle, and ship parts.
• Customer Service: Provide impeccable service at the counter for technicians and customers.
• Logistics: Ensure the prompt delivery of parts in the Greater Montreal area.
• Organization: Maintain cleanliness and order in the department.
• Additional Tasks: Participate in various related tasks as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid Driver's License: Class 5 essential.
• Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong sense of service and teamwork.
• Autonomy and Punctuality: Initiative and rigor are essential.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Experience in an automotive dealership (an asset).
  • Knowledge of ERA-Ignite and Reynolds systems (an asset).
  • Knowledge of online sales (an asset).

Required Experience
