Parts Clerk – Day Shift (Laval)

Our Laval branch is looking for a Parts Clerk, day shift position.

Main Responsibilities

• Advise internal and external customers in finding and selecting parts and accessories.
• Respond to inquiries at the counter, by phone, and by email.
• Conduct searches in catalogues and dedicated computer systems.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure parts availability.
• Work closely with the service and operations departments.
• Execute sales of parts and accessories (including tires and wheels if applicable).

Profile Sought

• Experience in heavy vehicle parts (a significant asset).
• Knowledge of bodywork (an asset).
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Organization, autonomy, and quick execution.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems related to parts and inventory.
