Your Challenges and Schedule

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding auto parts and accessories, via phone and at the counter
• Advise customers in choosing the right parts and accessories for their needs
• Supply technicians in the workshop with the necessary parts for repairs
• Enter, process, and follow up on parts orders
• Receive orders and verify their accuracy
• Stock parts and maintain organized inventory
• Prepare estimates for customers in collaboration with technical advisors
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

Profile Sought

• Comfortable with computer systems
• Knowledge of Korean products (an asset)
• Customer service-oriented
• Team spirit

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
