The job in brief
You are the preferred point of contact for our customers. You welcome, advise, and help provide an exceptional customer experience while boosting sales of tires, rims, and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers at the counter and over the phone
- Prepare quotes for tires, rims, and accessories
- Seize sales opportunities and suggest appropriate solutions
- Promote the store’s products and services
- Perform various administrative tasks related to sales
Profile sought
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to learn quickly
- Customer service and results-oriented mindset
