Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor - Joliette Ford Lincoln
Full-time position within Joliette Ford Lincoln, a dealership of the St-Jean Group
Mission
Join a customer service-oriented team to ensure in-store sales of parts and accessories, as well as reception, inspection, and shipping activities for parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs for parts and accessories, propose suitable solutions, and provide quality service.
- Advise on parts and accessories for Ford and Lincoln vehicles; collaborate with the service team for technical requests.
- Prepare, label, and ship orders; receive parts and perform conformity checks.
- Manage inventory: inventory control, replenishment, and organization of the stockroom.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales (invoicing, order tracking, record keeping).
- Keep the counter and parts displays clean and organized; ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Achieve sales and margin targets; participate in parts and accessories promotions, including tire and wheel sales if applicable.
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales; experience in reception/shipping is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; team spirit and results-oriented.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems; interest in Ford vehicles preferred.
- Proficiency with computer tools and inventory and parts management systems.
