Job Description
Parts Clerk – Evening Shift (Joliette)
You love the heavy truck world and can quickly find the right part to provide efficient and accurate service to customers. Organized, resourceful, and passionate about heavy vehicle parts, you enjoy advising customers and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
We are looking for a Parts Clerk to join our evening shift team.
Responsibilities
- Advise internal and external customers in locating parts
- Respond to inquiries at the counter, by phone, and by email
- Perform searches in catalogs and computer systems
- Participate in inventory management and ensure parts availability
- Collaborate with the service and operations departments
- Ensure the sale of parts, accessories, tires, and wheels when appropriate
Profile
- Experience in heavy vehicle parts (a significant asset)
- Bodywork experience (an asset)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and quick execution
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of computer systems related to parts and inventory
- Minimum experience: 1 year as a Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor
