What You Will Do:

• Customer Reception: Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Advice and Service: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Parts Follow-up and Management: Ensure rigorous tracking of orders, locate necessary parts, and verify their availability.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure satisfaction after every transaction and purchase.

• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
