Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting: degreasing, masking, sanding, and inspecting parts.
- Perform minor repairs necessary before painting.
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to quality standards.
- Collaborate with bodywork and painting teams.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and efficient; participate in process improvements.
- Meet deadlines and maintain high standards of finish.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in preparation within the bodywork/paint shop sector.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and adapt quickly.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Good level of precision and constant concern for quality.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Salary starting at $25/hour + bonus.
- Hours: 4.5 days per week, Friday afternoons off.
