Main Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces (sanding, degreasing, masking)
• Apply paint coats, varnish, and finishes
• Perform necessary touch-ups to achieve a flawless finish
• Handle painting equipment and products according to safety standards and established procedures
• Diagnose defects and suggest appropriate solutions
• Perform basic maintenance on painting tools and equipment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Profile Sought

• CPA certification in bodywork or equivalent training
• Experience in automotive painting
• Ability to manage time, take initiative, and work in a team
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions

• Full-time position — 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shifts
