Your Missions
- Welcome and Customer Relationship: Identify our clients' needs to offer tailored solutions from our Subaru model lineup.
- Product Presentation: Explain the specifications and advantages of models such as Forester, Outback, Ascent, and others, and organize test drives.
- Sales Management: Write quotes, process financing options, and collaborate closely with our financial services.
- Customer Development: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with our clients through proactive follow-up activities (CRM), calls, and visits to the dealership.
- Internal Collaboration: Work together with service and parts teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Goals and Compliance: Achieve sales targets while adhering to Subaru Montreal's policies.
Your Profile
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is desired, but motivated beginners in automotive sales are encouraged to apply.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to quickly establish trust with clients through attentive and personalized service.
- Communication: Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Documentation: A valid driver's license is required.
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn vehicle features and financing processes.
- Personality: Energetic, team-oriented, motivated, and results-driven.
- Technology: Comfortable with CRM tools and interest in the automotive sector and Subaru.
