Job description

We are seeking a Technical Advisor to assist our clients and coordinate shop activities. You will play a key role in after-sales service and operational management.

Key responsibilities

• Open and assign work orders
• Close work orders and follow up
• Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Track parts on order
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Handle requests related to extended warranties
• Manage multiple computer platforms

Profile sought

• Experience in the automotive industry (regardless of position)
• Passionate about customer service and working with the public
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Team player and adaptable in a growing environment
