Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, transmission, braking, and engines of vehicles.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and carry out emergency mechanical repairs.
• Install and balance tires, perform wheel alignment, and optimize the tuning of related systems.
• Work on hybrid and electric vehicles, adapting to modern tools and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with technical advisors to guide clients and offer the best solutions based on needs and budget.
• Keep the workshop clean and safe, adhere to internal procedures and quality standards.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive mechanics or related field.
• Relevant training in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience.
• Good skills in diagnostics, problem-solving, and prioritization.
• Ability to work in a team and provide quality customer service.
• Proficiency with electronic tools and diagnostics, ability to read technical diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license.

Certifications

• CPA skill card (1, 2, or 3) or (A, B, C).
