Job Description

You will handle interventions related to lubrication and tire installation, application of anti-corrosion products, and quality control. You will benefit from an environment focused on continuous learning and support to quickly advance in the automotive field. Flexible hours including shifts during the week and weekends.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication and tire installation interventions (mounting/dismounting, balancing, rotation, replacement, and pressure checks).
• Apply anti-corrosion products and protect the vehicle according to service standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and safety checks to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines, in line with the standards of the auto center.
• Collaborate with the team to provide quality customer service and promote continuous learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and document completed interventions.

Profile

• Minimum experience: 1 year in tire and wheel installation or lubrication.
• Basic knowledge of lubrication and tire installation/maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit; ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and progress in the automotive division.
• Availability for flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Physically able to handle tires and tools; attention to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license.
