About the position A Toyota dealership located in Mirabel, near Saint-Jérôme, is seeking a Lot Attendant to join a dynamic and committed team. You will work in a professional environment focused on customer service, learning, and respect for customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers as needed and facilitate the movement of vehicles on the lot and designated areas.
• Move, park, and store vehicles in accordance with internal procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the lot and work areas; ensure safe vehicle movements.
• Support service staff and technicians with vehicle movements and daily logistics.
• Manage keys and documents associated with vehicles undergoing service or delivery.
• Participate in operational tasks related to customer reception and handling occasional after-sales service needs.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Record all vehicle movements in the computer system.
• Manage the warehouse and conduct inventories; verify and validate vehicle entries and exits (scanning serial numbers and driver’s licenses; validating driver permissions).
