Rental Renewal Manager - Léveillé Ford

We are seeking a Rental Renewal Manager to oversee the renewal of customer leases and optimize loyalty and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the lease renewal strategy in line with business and financial objectives.
  • Manage the renewal pipeline: monitor deadlines, negotiate renewal options, convert to purchase or extend leases.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments to propose tailored solutions (renewals, vehicle options, financing programs) and maximize customer value.
  • Analyze data and produce reports on renewal rates, profitability, and customer satisfaction; identify opportunities for improvement and deploy necessary actions.
  • Establish efficient operational processes and ensure compliance with Ford policies and internal standards.
  • Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and promote a culture of customer service and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices related to leasing and after-sales service.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in managing lease renewals or rental contracts; familiarity with Ford’s leasing program is a plus.
  • Proven leadership ability, team management, and skills development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Excel and CRM systems).
  • Initiative-driven, results-oriented, and able to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Bilingual or operational in English is an asset.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Rental Renewal Manager.
