Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a Hyundai dealership located in the Montreal area, is seeking a Rental Renewal Director to lead our loyalty activities and optimize the Hyundai lease portfolio. Mission

Lead and optimize all activities related to lease contract renewals, while maximizing retention and profitability. Implement proactive renewal and cross-selling strategies and ensure a smooth and personalized customer experience throughout the rental cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lease portfolio and ensure follow-up on due dates.
• Define and execute renewal strategies aimed at optimizing retention rates and revenue.
• Analyze rental data (renewal rates, residual value, returns, possible damages) and produce reports to support operational decisions.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Financing, and After-Sales departments to provide a consistent and quality customer experience.
• Oversee communication with clients, manage renewal contracts, and interface with financing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and leasing regulations in Quebec.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, resolve issues, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in lease renewal or client account management; team management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in French required; functional English preferred.
• Results-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Hyundai products, financing options, and leasing specifics in Quebec; familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; ability to analyze data and produce reports.
• Team spirit, leadership, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Suitable profile for the position, with potential adjustment based on the candidate's background.
