Lease Renewal Director – Saint-Laurent Hyundai (Montreal)

Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dealership in the Montreal area, is seeking a Lease Renewal Director to lead our loyalty activities and optimize the Hyundai lease portfolio. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the dealership’s business success.

The Position

As the Lease Renewal Director, you will lead and coordinate all activities related to lease contract renewals, while maximizing retention and profitability. You will develop and implement proactive renewal and cross-selling strategies, and ensure a smooth and personalized customer experience throughout the lease cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the lease portfolio
• Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and welcome them
• Define and execute renewal and cross-selling strategies
• Analyze lease data (renewal rates, residual value, returns, potential damages) and produce operational reports
• Collaborate with Sales, Financing, and After-Sales departments to provide a consistent customer experience
• Monitor deadlines, coordinate interfaces with financing and manage renewal contracts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and leasing regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exemplary customer service
• Participate in budget planning and monitor KPIs

Profile Required

• Minimum of one year experience in lease renewal or customer account management; team management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in French required; functional English preferred
• Results-oriented, analytical mindset, and high customer service orientation
• Knowledge of Hyundai products, financing options, and leasing specifics in Quebec; familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; ability to analyze data and produce reports
• Team spirit, leadership, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
