About This Role Manage and leverage the end-of-lease customer portfolio to maximize renewals and trade-ins.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers nearing lease expiration
- Analyze files and propose scenarios (buyout / renewal / upgrade)
- Schedule appointments and finalize renewals
- Work in synergy with Sales and Finance & Insurance teams
- Rigorously follow up on CRM and manage an active pipeline
- Optimize the renewal rate
Daily Tasks
- Business development
- Data entry
- Drafting letters and documents
- Follow-up with potential clients
- Lease renewal
- Telephonic and email solicitations
- Customer follow-up
- Sale of new vehicles
Profile Sought
- Minimum experience: 1 year as a lease renewal coordinator (or equivalent position in the automotive sector)
- Excellent oral communication and follow-up skills
- Structured, organized, results-oriented
- Ability to create value quickly
- Discipline and rigor in processes
