Purchasing and Supply Coordinator - Saint-Paul-d'Abbotsford (QC)

Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage the sorting, processing, and tracking of supplier invoices, ensuring their compliance and correct allocation.
- Validate invoices against receipts and intervene in case of discrepancies to correct anomalies.
- Follow up with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in the management of receipts and track pending files.
- Manage purchase orders from creation to follow-up, ensuring they match needs.
- Keep tracking tools up to date to ensure clear visibility on orders and commitments in progress.
- Rigorously monitor the supplier credits to be received.
- Participate in analysis and report generation (inventory, sales, discrepancies) to support operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal supply-related requests (availability, deadlines, order status).
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and provide cross-departmental support to the purchasing team.

Profile Sought
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply, purchasing, or logistics.
- Comfortable in a high-volume transactional environment with extensive follow-up.
- Proficient in IT tools, including ERP systems and intermediate-level Excel.
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal teams.
- Autonomous, resourceful, with good analytical skills.
