General Sales Manager – Kia St-Constant

About Kia St-Constant Kia St-Constant is seeking a General Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of the dealership's commercial activities and provide an exceptional customer experience in Montérégie and South Shore Montreal. You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with the after-sales, financing, and marketing departments to maintain Kia's leadership in our region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall business strategy aligned with Kia's vision and dealership objectives.
  • Optimize sales of new and used vehicles, financial services, and maintenance programs; ensure profitable growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales, financing, and after-sales teams; promote a customer service and performance-oriented culture.
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), establish forecasts, and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience, from first contact to delivery and after-sales follow-up.
  • Manage relationships with financial partners and suppliers; negotiate favorable conditions and propose competitive offers.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory policies, pricing, and Kia procedures; maintain operational integrity, security, and ethics.
  • Represent the dealership at local events and trade shows, and enhance Kia's brand image within the community.
  • Implement ongoing training programs, onboarding, and best practice development for the team.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in sales, with proven experience at Kia; demonstrated experience with the Kia brand is essential.
  • Inspiring leadership, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a customer service focus.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes; ability to lead using data.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market in Montérégie and South Shore Montreal; local network appreciated.
  • Relevant degree (business management, marketing, administration) or equivalent; commitment to continuous learning.
  • Operational knowledge of English is considered an asset; availability and flexibility according to sector demands.
