Responsibilities
- Analyze information related to parts, orders, and returns.
- Conduct research with suppliers and communicate about terms, policies, and return procedures.
- Participate in administrative management and collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, procurement).
- Monitor customer agreements to ensure compliance and updates.
- Support operations and facilitate file processing.
- Produce, update, and analyze various documents using Excel and Word.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to operations, according to team priorities.
Desired Profile
- Bilingual French-English, spoken and written; necessary for follow-ups with suppliers and document translation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Methodical and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and professional discretion.
- Ability to collaborate easily with different teams (sales, operations, procurement).
- Preferred experience: at least 1 year as an office clerk or in a related procurement role.
- Education: relevant diploma appreciated.
