We are looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager ready to ensure the smooth operation and profitability of our branch. This key role primarily focuses on sales while encompassing the management of fixed operations such as mechanics and logistics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure perfect synergy between departments.
• Support and coach managers in resolving complex challenges.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators to ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain exceptional service quality and collaborate with the after-sales service to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Promote the professional development of the team through targeted training plans.
• Ensure effective financial management and optimal allocation of resources.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement and operational efficiency strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain our facilities in impeccable condition.
• Disseminate the DNA of our company among all our partners.

Your Qualifications:

• Significant experience as a Sales Manager or General Manager.
• Expertise in automotive financing and management of fixed departments.
• Proficient with computer tools and knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot is an asset).
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Integrity, sense of responsibility, and ability to analyze KPIs.
• Problem-solving skills, leadership, and proactivity.

Your Tasks:

• Hiring and managing staff
• Training and coaching the team
• Administrative and budget management
• Development and execution of business strategies
• Optimization of internal procedures
• Supervision of the sales department, supporting the new vehicle sales manager
