General Manager – Motorcycle and Scooter Dealership

Renowned multi-brand dealership, we are seeking a General Manager to oversee all activities, drive growth, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Mission
As General Manager, you are the leader of the dealership. You ensure overall performance, motivate the teams, and develop the business while guaranteeing a remarkable customer experience, from the showroom to roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire, mobilize, and support the management team to achieve ambitious objectives.
• Define and steer operational and financial strategies (growth, profitability, quality of service).
• Ensure the performance and profitability of all departments, fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Develop a culture of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise management activities to maximize results.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and business partners.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, from initial contact in the showroom to real-world use.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a General Manager position or equivalent.
• Skills: leadership, budget and administrative management, team spirit, results-oriented, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Education: relevant degree in management, business, or a related field.
• Tools: proficiency in SERTI – Administration (or equivalent software).
• License: motorcycle driving license.
• Personal qualities: organization, proactivity, rigor, and team-oriented mindset.
