Follow-up Agent - Customer Service
Location: Brossard, QC
Join a dynamic and customer-oriented team. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, following up on web inquiries, as well as handling and monitoring claims to ensure impeccable customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer service and management of inbound and outbound calls
- Respond professionally, schedule and confirm appointments
- Promote services to existing customers
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on assigned files
- Manage web requests and digital communications
- Handle internet inquiries, respond via email, SMS, and chat
- Analyze requests and determine response strategies
- Follow up promptly and efficiently through the chosen channel
- Follow-up on complaints and measure satisfaction
- Receive and document complaints, ensure their follow-up
- Quickly alert supervisor in case of problematic situations
- Maintain a detailed history of files, complaints, and follow-ups
- Participate in developing and improving satisfaction programs
- Collect necessary information to measure satisfaction and produce monthly reports
- Contribute to the development of telephone follow-up questionnaires
- Participate in the development of call scenarios and achievement of objectives
Profile Sought
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- Rigor, professionalism, and results-oriented
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm; Friday 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
- Salary: $25/hour (to be discussed based on experience)
