Élite Ford St-Jérôme is seeking a talented Commercial Fleet Director to lead our professional fleet service and strengthen our B2B client portfolio. Your Responsibilities

• Strategy and Development: Develop and implement the strategy for managing commercial fleets in alignment with our business objectives.
• Client Management: Develop and retain a B2B portfolio, negotiate sales terms, and propose tailored management solutions.
• Supervision: Manage pricing, prepare quotes, and ensure contractual follow-up while ensuring profitability and compliance with policies.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Marketing teams to maximize customer experience and fleet performance.
• Monitoring and Analytics: Supervise key performance indicators to ensure sustainable fleet growth and customer satisfaction.
• Leadership: Mentor and develop the dedicated fleet team.

Desired Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial fleet management, B2B sales, or a similar role.
• Skills: Talent for business development, negotiation, and customer service.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive sector, fleet management tools, and CRM. Proficiency in analytical applications such as Excel.
• Personal Qualities: Analytical mindset, results-oriented, problem-solving skills, and recognized leadership.
• Languages: Excellent command of French; English is a plus.
