Business Development Manager – Fleet Vehicle Sales (Magog Ford)
Join a growing team and actively participate in the expansion of Magog Ford under its new management. We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, results-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our corporate client base and lead our development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the B2B client portfolio (businesses, municipalities, organizations, and fleet managers) within the served territory.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities (cold calling, visits, networking, referrals).
- Analyze the needs of decision-makers and propose tailored solutions regarding commercial vehicles, fleets, financing, and after-sales services.
- Present and negotiate comprehensive commercial offers (new and used vehicles, financing, warranties, accessories, maintenance).
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on opportunities, quotes, and client files to optimize sales and satisfaction.
- Develop long-term business relationships and offer personalized consulting services.
- Represent Magog Ford at events and business development initiatives; collaborate with sales, financing, and after-sales teams.
- Follow up post-sale and foster customer loyalty while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Keep CRM up to date and conduct market analysis and sales forecasts.
- Generate performance reports and contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and adhere to internal policies and service standards.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or sales representation.
- Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicles, or business services sector (a significant asset).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong operational autonomy while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with computer tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Fluent in French; English is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for travel within the territory.
- Professionalism, dynamism, and passion for business development.
