Truck Specialist / Commercial Client Director
Montmorency Ford Lincoln, a leading Ford dealership in Brossard (South Shore of Montreal), with over 50 years of experience serving its clients, is seeking a Truck Specialist / Commercial Client Director to join its team.
Mission and Responsibilities
- Meet the needs of commercial clients with transportation solutions and fleet management, focusing on Ford trucks and certified used vehicles.
- Develop and manage your own network of prospects and professional partners.
- Follow up throughout the sales cycle: needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, After-Sales, and Parts teams to provide a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales objectives and customer loyalty through tailored solutions and attentive after-sales service.
Profile
- Excellent knowledge of trucks (technical specifications, capacities, configurations) and understanding of fleet-specific needs.
- Ability to listen and suggest tailored solutions to commercial clients.
- Skills in developing a network and generating business opportunities.
- Experience with Ford is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (management of commercial fleets or equivalent).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-driven.
- Fluency in French; English is a plus.
- CRM skills and familiarity with quotation tools; excellent command of MS Office tools.
