Your Role Lead the sale of auto financial products and insurance (loans, warranties, and insurance), in collaboration with sales and service teams, to offer comprehensive and tailored solutions to each customer and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a sales strategy for financial and insurance products to support vehicle sales and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and coach the financial services team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
- Advise clients on financing options, insurance, and warranties, clearly explaining benefits and costs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and after-sales services to offer personalized solutions.
- Oversee the financing and insurance process from proposal to finalization, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.
- Track and analyze financial results, prepare simple reports, and propose operational improvements.
- Participate in recruiting, developing, and evaluating team talent.
- Promote a culture of service, ethics, and customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling financial products, insurance, and warranties, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to lead a team, motivate, and develop team members' skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; ability to explain financial options clearly and accessibly.
- Organized, capable of managing multiple files, and prioritizing customer needs.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented, with a practical and pragmatic approach.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Good team spirit and commitment to impeccable service quality.

Daily Tasks
- Complete sales and rental forms.
- Business development and prospecting.
- Delivery of documents and signatures.
- Manage payments during transactions.
- Obtain and verify credit requests.
- Collect deposits and issue receipts.
- Review sales contracts.
- Make calls and send emails to clients.
- Follow up with clients.
- Ensure that financing and insurance fees are correctly charged.
- Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institution standards.
