Role objectives
- Lead the team responsible for financial solutions and oversee the offerings of insurance, loans, and warranties related to vehicle purchases.
- Define and achieve sales and service goals in collaboration with the sales team and financial partners.
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurers to obtain the best conditions for our customers and the dealership.
- Ensure clear, ethical, and jargon-free communication about financial options, with transparency for the customer.
- Supervise the training and professional development of the team, promote continuous improvement, and ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and participate in the development of the financial services budget.
Main responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate vehicle financing, insurance, and warranties offered to clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to propose tailored solutions and maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with laws, internal rules, and dealership policies.
- Train and guide the team on sales practices, document processing, and relations with financial partners.
- Actively develop partnerships with local insurers and lenders.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling financial services related to automobiles (insurance, loans, warranties) or in a similar position.
- Team management and skills development.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to explain financial options clearly and jargon-free.
- Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to meet targets while maintaining a quality customer experience.
- Business acumen, integrity, and ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Fluent in French; knowledge of English is a plus.

Experience required
- Minimum of 3 years as Automotive Financial Services Director (or equivalent position).
