Financial Services Director – Car Dealership (Montreal)

Ville-Marie Kia, a Kia dealership in Montreal, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Financial Services Director to lead our financial services and customer experience operations. Approximately 350 new vehicles sold annually. The role focuses on the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. Weekend availability is required.

Mission Lead and optimize the financial offerings associated with vehicle sales, ensuring a smooth and compliant customer experience, while developing financial and insurance partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement effective sales strategies for insurance, financing, and warranties.
• Collaborate with the Sales and After-Sales departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage relationships with financial partners and insurers, ensuring fair conditions for customers.
• Ensure compliance with rules, internal policies, and legal requirements.
• Clearly present insurance, financing, and warranty options and guide the customer to signing.
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management.
• Adopt a customer-centric sales approach and provide a seamless and professional sales experience.

Candidates Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in selling financial products related to automobiles (insurance, loans, and warranties).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and team spirit.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
• Organized, rigorous, and results-driven.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Relevant training in the commercial or financial field is appreciated.
