Financial Services Manager

Position: Finance Services Director – Insurance Sales, Loans, and Automotive Warranties

Location: Drummondville — GM Montplaisir, Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC dealership

Introduction GM Montplaisir is seeking a Finance Services Director to oversee the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for financial solutions and ensure the offer of simple and relevant options for customers.
• Support advisors in presenting available options and guarantee clarity of communicated information.
• Collaborate with the sales and after-sales departments to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Represent the company with financial partners and proactively manage relationships.
• Oversee the financing and leasing process of vehicles according to financial institutions' requirements.
• Ensure the proper handling of documents (contracts, credit applications, insurance documents) and their efficient processing.
• Develop the client portfolio and follow up on financial opportunities.

Operational Tasks

• Complete sales and lease forms.
• Deliver documents and obtain signatures.
• Collect deposits and issue receipts.
• Obtain and verify credit applications.
• Review sales contracts and verify financial details.
• Solicit opportunities via phone and email.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure payment of financing and insurance fees.

Desired Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a role related to financial services sales.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to explain simple and useful financial options.
• Team spirit, organization, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to propose suitable solutions and advise clearly and respectfully.
• General knowledge of financial products related to vehicle purchase (preferred, not technically required).
• Relevant education in finance, commerce, or customer service is a plus.
