Director of Financial Services – Auto Financing and Insurance (Second/Third Chances)
Mega Kia Brossard, a leading Kia dealership in the region, is seeking a Director of Financial Services to assist our clients with specialized financing solutions and auto insurance. You will oversee activities related to financing, insurance, and warranties, providing personalized service and an exceptional customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Offer a full range of complementary products and services (insurance, auto loans, and warranties) and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Coordinate the financing and delivery of sold vehicles in collaboration with the Sales and Service teams.
- Supervise and develop the financial team dedicated to financing and insurance.
- Ensure online request conversions into sales and optimize financial processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner financial institutions and identify opportunities to improve offerings.
- Ensure compliance, service quality, and adherence to internal procedures.
- Analyze financial results, prepare reports, and suggest operational improvements.
- Participate in training and skill development of team members.
Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a role related to financial services, insurance product sales, auto loans, and warranties; ideally in auto financing and specialized credits (second/third chances).
- Ability to learn quickly, excellent customer service orientation, and performance-driven attitude.
- Capacity to work in a high-volume environment and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit; autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
- General understanding of automotive financial and insurance products (technical jargon not required).
Education and Requirements
- Background in sales management or equivalent diploma; high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Mandatory ongoing training and an open mindset to participate in available training.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an evolving environment.
