Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to offer suitable financing solutions.
• Train, supervise, and develop the team on financial products and best sales practices.
• Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Supervise the operational flow of financing and leasing cases (request verification, document preparation, signatures, payments, and customer follow-up), while ensuring adherence to financial institution standards.

Profile and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
