Job Mission

Lead and develop the branch by ensuring an excellent customer experience, solid operational and financial performance, while uniting an engaged and autonomous team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall leadership of the branch: clear vision, team engagement, healthy work environment, safety, and performance.
• Promote and embody the company's culture and values on the ground.
• Supervise branch activities (operations, workshop, customer service, sales, administration, and team management) to ensure consistent execution and a high-quality customer experience.
• Optimize operational and financial performance: analyze results, identify improvement levers, and implement concrete action plans.
• Support, train, and develop team members to foster autonomy, accountability, and skills advancement.
• Take a proactive and solution-oriented approach in daily management and business opportunities.
• Manage resources, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficiency and safety of operations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure smooth operations, inventory management, and adherence to standards.

Profile Sought

• Experience: 5 to 7 years in business management, including team leadership, productivity, customer service, procurement, and sales.
• Positive leadership with the ability to mobilize and rally teams.
• Excellent management and communication skills; influence and results focus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues.
• Proficiency with computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge in the field of tires, heavy trucks, mining, mechanical services, or accessories is an asset.
